Your Fastbreak Compete website is fully customizable. From banners and pop-ups to rules and contact details, you can adjust what visitors see across your pages.

Customize your website’s main content

Heres how:

  1. Go to Website Customization -> Statics

  2. Tap the Globe icon on the top right-hand panel to view your website and see your changes as you go.

  3. Tap on the General tab and input the following information:

    • Intro Message – Create a pop-up message that appears when someone visits your site for the first time—great for welcome notes or registration reminders.

    • Top & Bottom Banners – Edit the text and images that appear at the top or bottom of your site.

    • Copyright – Update your organization name or event info at the footer.

    • Email Ending – Adjust the email footer text for system-generated emails.

    • Order confirmation Email – Add your refund and cancellation details in Cancellation/Refund Policy to automatically be added to your email.

  9. Review the optional pages (Pricing, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, License Agreement, and About Us).

💡 Tip: Keep your event website open in another browser tab while you edit in the dashboard so you can refresh and see your changes as you go.

Manage your default scheduling preferences

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Website Customization → Time Restriction Presets.

  2. Review the preset time restrictions included in your account.

  3. Edit or replace any presets to match your event’s schedule needs.

  4. Save your changes.

💡 Tip: Use presets for consistent start and end times across events. You can also add custom requests as well.

Choose which pages display on your site

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Website Customization → Site Customization.

  2. Review the list of available website pages.

  3. Turn each page on or off depending on what you want visible.

    • Example: Keep Rules and Locations visible, but hide License Agreement if not needed.

  4. Save your changes.

💡 Tip: Keep only the most relevant pages visible to make your website simple and easy for visitors to navigate.

Summary:

  • Statics: Manage all text, banners, and page content.
