The Environments tab lets you set your organization’s basic information, add links to your social media and apps, choose your site’s home page, and manage settings for event categories, tie breakers, and scoring.
Update your organization & website info
Here’s how:
Go to Settings → Environments.
On the Environments tab, fill in your Tenant Info:
Tenant Name & Organization – Your organization or event name (appears on public pages).
Sport – The primary sport for your events (e.g., Basketball, Volleyball).
Contact Phone – Main number for teams or parents to reach you.
Contact Email – Used for general event communication.
Notification Email – Used for system alerts and major updates.
Website – Add your organization’s official website URL.
Add your Social Media Links:
Include your links for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
Add your iOS App URL and Android App URL if your organization uses a mobile app.
Under Configuration, choose your setup preferences:
Home Page – Select which page visitors see first (most organizers choose the Events or Categories page).
Default Grade – Set the default grade or division level for standings.
Year Start Date – Optional. Used for internal reporting or ranking purposes.
Active Discount Type – Select how discounts are applied at checkout (often User Category).
💡 Tip: Keep this information consistent with what’s shown on your event website and registration pages so teams always see up-to-date contact details.
Enable and organize event categories
Here’s how:
Click the Categories tab.
Turn on Use Event Categories to group events by type (for example: Tournaments, Leagues, or Showcases).

If you need to check what categories you have enabled, add, or rename categories, go to Event → Event Categories to make those adjustments.
💡 Tip: Using event categories helps visitors quickly filter to the right events on your public site.
Configure tie breaker rules
Here’s how:
Click the Tie Breakers tab.
Choose how pool ties should be resolved, such as:
Head-to-Head Record
Point Differential
Points Allowed
Save your selections.
💡 Tip: Set tie breaker rules before scheduling games so results calculate automatically after each match.
Adjust scoring and game structure
Here’s how:
Click the Scoring tab.
Under Game Structure, select your preferred setup:
Game Format – Choose between Quarters or Halves.
Timeouts – Set the number of timeouts per half or game.
Save your selections.
