Fastbreak gives you several printable or shareable reports you can use during your event. These reports help with communication, scorekeeping, team check-in, and keeping games running smoothly across all facilities.
Overview of Reports
You can generate reports for each facility used in your event. Each report serves a different purpose:
Schedule Grid
Shows the full game layout for a venue and day. Helpful for posting at facilities so coaches, parents, and teams can see where games are happening.Pool Results
Displays pool standings, records, and tie-breakers. Helpful for directors tracking pool play or determining bracket seeding.Team Check-In
Provides rosters and team information for event check-in staff. Useful at registration tables or when verifying teams onsite.Game Score Sheet
Printable sheets for scorekeepers with team names, game numbers, and space to record points and fouls.Coaches Packet
A printable set of documents for each team, including their schedule. Helpful for handing out at coach check-in or emailing ahead of the event.
Generating a Report
You can generate any report from the Reports section and print or download it for your facility.
Here’s how:
Go to Scheduling and open your event.
In the left menu, click Reports.
Choose the type of report you want to generate (Schedule Grid, Pool Results, Team Check-In, Game Score Sheet, or Coaches Packet).
Click Generate.
Once the report appears, you can print it or download it as needed.
