Fastbreak partners with Stripe to securely process all ticket payments. Stripe is a world-leading payment platform trusted by millions of businesses.
Your fans can pay with credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, and more.
Payments go directly into your organization’s Stripe account.
Fastbreak never holds or touches your funds — Stripe handles everything safely.
Here's how to get setup:
Go to Dashboard
From your Dashboard, click Create new account
OR
Click your profile name (top right)
Select Organization Settings from the dropdown menu.
Click Stripe Settings.
Create your Stripe account
Click Connect with Stripe. (you'll be redirected to Stripe to securely complete the connection)
A new Stripe window will open. Enter your email address and create a password.
Verify your email address with the code Stripe sends you.
Enter your business details, including:
Business name (must match your tax/legal documents)
Business type (company, nonprofit, or individual)
Tax ID (EIN for organizations, SSN for individuals)
Add your bank account information for deposits:
Enter routing/account numbers, OR
Use instant verification with online banking
Provide a contact person (name, date of birth, and address) for verification.
Review your details and click Submit.
Stripe will confirm your account and return you to Fastbreak.
Confirm your Stripe connection in Fastbreak
Go back to Organization Settings > Stripe Settings.
You’ll see a status bar showing your connection:
Yellow → Setup is still in progress or requires more information.
Green → Your Stripe account is fully connected and ready to use.
💡Tip: Set up Stripe at least a few days before your event to allow time for verification.
