Fastbreak gives you several ways to pull reports, depending on what you need. Depending on what you need, you can look at the Organization Home Dashboard, the Event Dashboard, the Accounting tab, or your Stripe account.


Organization Accounting

This view is across all events in your organization.

You’ll see:

  • Total events you’ve run

  • Total revenue across all events

  • Tickets sold overall

  • Monthly revenue chart

  • Payment methods breakdown (cash, card, etc.)

  • Upcoming events

Best for: A big-picture view of your entire organization.


Event Dashboard

This view is for a single event.

You’ll see:

  • Tickets sold and gross sales

  • Recent transactions

  • Refund activity

  • Entry analytics (scan data on event day)

Best for: Monitoring a specific event’s performance.


Accounting Tab

This view is for detailed finances on one event.

You’ll see:

  • Gross revenue

  • Processing fees

  • Service fees

  • Refunds

  • Net revenue

Best for: Detailed financial reporting and reconciliation.


Stripe Reports

Stripe is where your payments are processed and sent to your bank.

You'll see

  • Payouts – See exact amounts sent to your bank.
    Payout Reconciliation Report – Match deposits in your bank with ticket sales, refunds, and fees.

  • Balance Report – View Stripe like a ledger of all transactions.

Best for: financial reconciliation and when working with your accountant or bookkeeper.
