Sales windows let you control when tickets are available to buy.
Here's how:
Set sales availability
Go to the Tickets tab in your event.
Select or create the ticket you want to manage.
Scroll down to the Sale Window section.
Choose:
Start date/time → when sales open.
End date/time → when sales close.
Save your changes.
Examples
Early Bird Discount → Sept 1–Sept 10 ($5 off).
Regular Sales → Sept 11–Sept 25 (full price).
Close Sales → night of the event so that folks can purchase up until event time.
ℹ️ Sales dates are separate from your event dates. Event dates = when games happen. Sales dates = when fans can buy tickets. If a sale has ended or is pending those tickets will not be available on the website or Snap Entry for tap to pay.
✅ Once sales close, tickets will no longer appear on your public event website.
