FastBreak makes it simple to sell and deliver tickets to your fans, parents, and teams.

Here’s how it works:

  • Tickets are digital → Customers get them by text message first (fastest and most reliable).

  • Email backup → A copy is also sent to their email as a fallback.

  • No app needed → Fans don’t need to download anything; their ticket comes as a QR code link they can show at the gate.

  • Quick scanning → Gate staff scan the QR code using the Snap Entry app, and guests are in!

💡 Many organizers also give wristbands at the door after scanning, so fans don’t need to pull up their ticket again

🎫 Adding pricing options

When creating any ticket, you can also add:

  • Child Pricing → discounted price for kids.

  • Senior Pricing → discounted price for older attendees.

  • Early Bird → lower price if purchased before a set date. By default the early bird will be applied to the main [non-discounted ticket]. You may apply the early bird pricing to your child or senior ticket as well.

ℹ️ Fastbreak does not block adults from purchasing child or senior tickets. It’s up to the organizer and gate staff to check eligibility at entry, just like you normally would.

⏱️ Access windows (when tickets can be scanned)

Access windows control when a ticket is valid for entry at the venue.

  • Default window: 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. on event days.

  • Can be adjusted if you want entry restricted to certain hours or venues.

  • Works across multi-venue events (e.g. Gym A vs. Gym B).

To edit access windows:

  1. Go to the ticket you created.

  2. Scroll to the Access section.

  3. Adjust start/end times or restrict by venue if needed.

  4. Select Apply.
