By Venue
You can see how many attendees have checked in at each venue for your event.
Here’s how:
Go to the Event Dashboard for your event.
Find the Entry Analytics section.
Use the Filter by Venue dropdown to select a location (e.g., Venue A, Venue B).
Toggle Display Mode to By Entry
Review the numbers:
Overall Entry Rate – % of tickets scanned.
Total Entries – Number of check-ins.
By Ticket Type
You can see how many attendees have checked in based on their ticket type (for example, Adult Pass vs. Youth Pass).
Here’s how:
Go to the Event Dashboard for your event.
Find the Entry Analytics section.
Use the Filter by Venue dropdown to select a location (e.g., Venue A, Venue B).
Toggle Display Mode to By Ticket
Review the numbers:
Overall Check-in Rate – % of unique tickets that have been scanned at least once.
Scanned Tickets – Number of unique tickets that have been scanned.
Total Tickets – Number of tickets sold for this event.
💡If your check-in numbers don’t look right, it’s often because your gate staff are using “Sell” instead of “Sell & Check In.”
Sell only records the ticket sale — it does not mark attendees as checked in.
Sell & Check In records both the sale and the check-in at the same time.
👉 Ask your staff to always use Sell & Check In when selling tickets at the door. This ensures your attendance data stays accurate and avoids confusion later.
