Creating and editing venues

Create and manage venues so tickets link to the right locations.

Venues keep tickets tied to the right place, so fans know where to go and your passes scan correctly.

Here’s how to get setup:


Create a new event

  1. From the Dashboard, click Events > Create Event.

  2. Upload an event image (this is separate from your organization logo).

  3. Enter your event name and a short description.

    • Example: “Lightning Basketball Weekend Tournament.”

💡 Tip: Use clear names and dates in your event title — this makes it easier for parents and fans to recognize your event.


Attach a venue to a ticket

  1. Go to the Tickets tab within your event dashboard.

  2. Select or create a ticket.

  3. Tap the Access tab.

  4. Choose which venue(s) the ticket allows entry into.

    • Example: A Saturday Pass may only work at Gym A and Gym B.

  5. Apply.

ℹ️ Tickets can be tied to multiple venues. For large tournaments, many organizers make tickets valid at all venues, then use wristbands at the gate for added control.


Edit a venue

  1. Go to the Venues tab in your event dashboard.

  2. Select the venue you want to update.

  3. Edit the address or name.

  4. Save changes.


Delete a venue

  1. Go to the Venues tab in your event dashboard.

  2. Select the venue you want to remove.

  3. Click Delete Venue.

  4. Confirm deletion.

🚨 Caution: If tickets are tied to this venue, update or reassign those tickets first before deleting.
