Checking in fans is quick and simple with Snap Entry.
Here's How:
Open the Snap Entry app.
Enter in your access code or choose from Recently Accessed.
Ensure that you are on the correct venue (if there multiple venues associated with the event).
Select Scan Ticket and choose your scan mode:
Entry Scan → Use this when guests arrive at your event or venue. This marks them as checked in.
Exit Scan → Use this when guests leave and may return later (for example, if re-entry is allowed). This marks them as checked out so they can scan back in later.
Point the camera at the guest’s QR code.
A ✅ success message means the ticket is valid.
An ❌ error message will explain if the ticket is invalid, for the wrong venue, or already used.
💡 Many organizers give scanned guests a wristband so they don’t need to show their ticket again.
