If ticket scanning isn’t working, here are common fixes:
Connection issues
Switch from Wi-Fi to cellular data.
Make sure the app is online (Snap Entry needs an internet connection to validate tickets).
Ticket won’t scan
Check if the ticket was already used.
Confirm the guest is at the correct VENUE and DAY.
Confirm that you are on the correct EVENT.
App not working as expected
Update the Snap Entry app to the latest version.
On iPhone (App Store):
Open the App Store.
Tap your profile picture (top right).
Scroll down to see Available Updates.
Find Snap Entry and tap Update.
On Android (Google Play):
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon (top right) > Manage apps & device.
Under “Updates available,” find Snap Entry.
Tap Update.
Restart the phone.
