Things change — prices, schedules, or even ticket types. Fastbreak makes it easy to adjust tickets after they’re published.
Here's how:
Edit a ticket
Go to the Tickets tab in your event.
Select the ticket you want to edit.
Update details like:
Click Save.
💡 Tip: Small changes like renaming or adjusting times won’t affect tickets already purchased — those tickets will remain valid.
Cancel a ticket
Go to the Tickets tab in your event.
Select the ticket you want to remove.
You’ll see one of two options, depending if the ticket has any sales:
Deactivate Ticket: if sales have already occurred.
Delete Ticket: if no sales have been made.
⚠️ If tickets have already been sold, deactivating may cause confusion. Instead:
Close sales by updating the Sales Window.
Issue refunds if needed from the Attendees tab.
