Sometimes you’ll want to give tickets away for free or record a cash sale. FastBreak makes this simple with Manual Orders.
Here's how:
🎟️ Complimentary Tickets
Use this when you want to give a free ticket to a coach, VIP, or special guest.
From your Event Dashboard, you can tap Attendees OR Tickets.
Then Create Manual Order
Choose Complimentary as the payment option.
Enter the guest’s name, email, and phone number.
Select the ticket type(s) and quantity.
Click Process Order.
Tickets will be sent by text and email just like a regular purchase.
💵 Manual Transactions (Cash Sales)
You can also record cash sales in the same way. This way, you’ll still have a digital record of the transaction, even though the payment was taken in cash.
From your Event Dashboard, you can tap Attendees OR Tickets.
Then Create Manual Order
Choose Cash as the payment option.
Enter the buyer’s info (name, email, phone).
Select their ticket type(s).
Click Process Order.
Tickets will be sent by text and email just like a regular purchase.
