Need to quickly find a guest without a QR code at the gate? Fastbreak makes it easy to look up attendees.

🎟️ How to Find an Attendee

  1. Open your event

  2. Tap Search.

  3. You can search by:

    1. Name

    2. Phone number

    3. Order number


✅ Actions You Can Take

Once you find the attendee, you can view their transaction details and manage their tickets.

From this screen, you can:

🟢 Check In or Check-Out Attendees

  • Tap Check-In to mark the ticket as used or Check-Out to reverse a check-in if needed (for example, if someone leaves and returns).

  • You’ll see a confirmation message like “Bulk Check-In Complete – Successfully checked in 1 ticket.”

  • The ticket status will updated.

🔄 View Check-In History

You can see:

  • Number of Check-ins

  • Number of Transfers (if tickets were transferred)

  • Entry windows (if limits apply)

  • Last activity (time since last check-in)

💰 View Payment & Refund Info

You can view full transaction details, including:

  • Payment status (Paid or Refunded)

  • Transaction ID and amount

  • Customer information (name, phone, email)

  • Fee breakdown – subtotal, service fee, and processing fee

Refunded orders show “Refund Status: refunded” in red.
