✅ Actions You Can Take
Once you find the attendee, you can view their transaction details and manage their tickets.
From this screen, you can:
🟢 Check In or Check-Out Attendees
Tap Check-In to mark the ticket as used or Check-Out to reverse a check-in if needed (for example, if someone leaves and returns).
You’ll see a confirmation message like “Bulk Check-In Complete – Successfully checked in 1 ticket.”
The ticket status will updated.
🔄 View Check-In History
You can see:
Number of Check-ins
Number of Transfers (if tickets were transferred)
Entry windows (if limits apply)
Last activity (time since last check-in)
💰 View Payment & Refund Info
You can view full transaction details, including:
Payment status (Paid or Refunded)
Transaction ID and amount
Customer information (name, phone, email)
Fee breakdown – subtotal, service fee, and processing fee
Refunded orders show “Refund Status: refunded” in red.
