Setting up your Fastbreak Compete account is the first step to managing your events. Once your organization account is created, you can log in anytime to build events, manage venues, and track registrations.
Create a new account
Here’s how:
Click Register in the top right corner.
Enter your Organization Name.
Choose your Sport (for example, Basketball or Soccer).
Enter your First and Last Name.
Add your Phone Number and Email Address.
Create a unique Subdomain (this becomes your organization’s website URL).
Set your Password.
Review and agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and License Agreement.
Click Create Account.
Having trouble logging in?
If you’re unable to access your account, try these quick fixes:
Reset your password
On the login page, click Forgot my Password.
Check your email for a password reset link.
Follow the link to create a new password.
Update a user’s login (admin only)
If a user entered the wrong email or needs help accessing their account:
From your dashboard, go to the Users tab.
Find the user reviewing the list or searching by name or email.
Click on the user
Click on Update Details
Correct their email address or reset their password as needed.
Tap Save to update the information and stay on the page.
💡 Tip: If the reset email doesn’t appear, check spam or junk folders. Links expire after a short time — resend if needed.
