Access detailed reports to help you understand your teams, payments, and new users.

Easily review all teams that have played in your events across any year.

Here's how:

  1. Go to ReportsContact Info.

  2. Use filters to narrow your search by: Year, Gender, Grade, Competitive Level.

  3. Download a CSV if you want to sort or analyze the data further.


Financial Report

Quickly see how many teams are registered for each event and review detailed payment information.

Here's how:

  1. Go to ReportsFinancial Report.

  2. Select the event or year you want to review.

  3. Download the CSV to view: Purchase Date, Average Price per Entry, Discounts Given, Team Name, Coach Name, Coach Phone & Email.


New Users Report

Identify teams or users who are attending your events for the first time.

Here's how:

  1. Go to ReportsNew Users Report.

  2. Review the list or download a CSV to see all new customers.


Shopping Carts

See which customers currently have items sitting in their cart but haven’t checked out yet. This is helpful for following up with teams or families who started registration but didn’t finish.

Here’s how:

  1. Go to Reports → Shopping Carts

  2. Review the list of customers with active carts.

  3. Click on any customer to see the items currently in their cart.

  4. (Optional) Use the Send Text option to message the group and remind them to complete checkout. You will be able to select ALL or specific recipient.

💡 Tip: These reports are most powerful when used together to track trends, returning programs, and customer growth.
