Export teams, venues, and schedules from Fastbreak for use in Tourney Machine, Exposure, or CSV.

Export Teams into Tourney Machine

Copies your event’s divisions and teams to your clipboard so you can paste them into the Tourney Machine import tool. This is useful when you schedule or host events using both systems.

Here’s how:

  1. From the Dashboard, open your event in Fastbreak.

  2. Click Exports in the left menu.

  3. Under Tourney Machine, click Copy Divisions & Teams (this copies the data to your clipboard).

  4. In a new tab, open Tourney Machine and sign in.

  5. Click Tournaments and select the tournament you want to import into.

  6. Click the Divisions tab.

  7. Click Import then Teams, Pools and Divisions.

  8. Check First row are headers.

  9. Set Field delimiter to Semi Colon.

  10. Click in the large text box and paste (Cmd+V / Ctrl+V) the data you copied from Fastbreak. Click Continue.

  11. Review the field mapping if prompted.

  12. Click Import to finish.

Export Venues into Tourney Machine

Copies your venues and courts so you can paste them into the Tourney Machine court import tool.

Here’s how:

  1. Open your event and go to Exports.

  2. Under Tourney Machine, click Copy Venues & Courts.

  3. Open Tourney Machine in another tab.

  4. Click Tournaments and select the tournament you want to import into.

  5. Go to Courts → Import Complexes/Courts from Spreadsheet.

  6. Check First Row is Headers and set Field Delimiter to Semi Colon. Click Continue.

  7. Paste the venue/court data. Click Import.

Export Team Schedules (CSV)

Downloads a CSV of all team schedules for sharing, printing, or importing into other tools.

Here’s how:

  1. Open your event and go to Exports.

  2. Under Schedule Export, click Download Schedule.

  3. A CSV file will download to your computer.

Export Teams into Exposure (CSV)

Creates a CSV file of all divisions and teams that you can upload into Exposure.

Here’s how:

  1. Open your event and go to Exports.

  2. Under Exposure, click Download Divisions & Teams CSV.

  3. Open Exposure in another tab.

  4. Go to Teams → Import.

  5. Select Default as the file type.

  6. Upload the CSV file and click Import.
