Setting up your schedule is the first step before you choose manual scheduling or auto-scheduling. In this view, you can pick a venue and date, add time slots, and block courts or times you cannot use.
Here’s how:
Go to Scheduling and open your event.
Click Schedule.
This controls what you see on the schedule grid.
Venue: Select one facility, or multi-select to view more facilities at once.
Date: Select one date, or multi-select to view more dates at once.
Click Manage Time Slots to add or edit your game times.
You can build your daily schedule using three option or a combination:Apply default time slots:
This is best when many of your events use the same game times, since defaults can be reused and save setup time. You create each time manually, but default slots save setup time because you can reuse them across events. If Timeslots are listed, review and then Apply to add them onto the scheduling grid.
If it states Not configured yet then follow the steps below to create defaults.
Tap the link to Settings Page
Click Create Default Timeslot
Tap under Time and pick the game time using the clock picker. Make sure to select AM or PM.
Click Create to save it
Repeat for each standard game time your event uses
Click Save.
Return to the Scheduling tab, finding the Schedule within your event.
Click Manage Time Slots once again, then Apply to add your new default time slots to your scheduling grid.
Create custom time slots:
This is best when your schedule won’t match a standard template, since custom slots give you flexibility to create a full set of game times for that specific event. You manually choose the start, end, and game length, and Fastbreak automatically generates all the individual slots for you in one step.Add single time slots:
This is best when most of your schedule is already set, and you only need to drop in an extra game time here and there. You create the time manually, and single slots let you add it without affecting the rest of your schedule.
To mark courts or times you cannot use, click Court Availability Configuration Mode. Use this when a court is closed, shared, or unavailable for part of the day.
To remove a time slot completely, click the Trash icon next to the time slot, click Accept to save your change.
💡Create a restore point before continuing to save a blank schedule as a fallback. If auto-scheduling or manual changes don’t go as planned, you can restore the empty grid and start fresh in seconds.
