The Venues view helps you plan which divisions will play at each facility so you can check if your courts and time slots can support your schedule.
Here’s how:
Go to Scheduling and find your event in the list.
Go to the Venues tab.
Review each location to see how many courts and time slots it has.
Select a division to map it to a court.
Check that the facility has enough courts and available time to support the number of games for that division.
💡 Tip: Use this view to spot issues early, such as too many divisions assigned to the same facility or not enough courts to handle your game count
ℹ️ The Venues view is only for planning. Changes you make here do not affect auto-scheduling. Auto-scheduling will still place games based on your rules, preferences, and time slots — not on the venue assignments you make in this view.
