The Transactions page lets you see every order made through your events, including payment status, customer details, and refunds. This helps you quickly track payments and resolve issues with registrations.
Here's how:
From the top navigation, click Sales.
Select Transactions. This is the first screen in the Sales section and shows every transaction made through the platform.
Use the search bar to find a transaction by customer name, event name, or order number.
Review the transaction list to see key details for each order, including:
Date the transaction was created
Order Number
Customer and Event Name
Total Amount
Payment Status (Paid or Unpaid)
Click View next to a transaction to open the full order details.
On the order page, you can review the full payment breakdown, including:
Total cost
Processing fees
Final transaction amount
If needed, you can issue a refund directly from this page.
Choose to process either a full refund or a partial refund.
