Adjust Registration

Make quick updates to registration after your event is created

Easily adjust key registration settings like dates, pricing, and divisions without starting over.

Here's how:

  1. From the Dashboard, click Events

  2. Select your event

  3. Click Registration

Make updates to your registration settings. You can easily adjust your registration at any time. Common updates include:


Change registration dates

Use this if you need to extend or shorten your signup window.

  • Edit the start and end date/time from the Event Dashboard

Open or close divisions

Use this when divisions fill up or you want to limit entries.

  • Toggle Allow Registrations on or off

  • Remove a division if needed

  • Click Edit Divisions & Levels to add new ones

Update pricing

Use this to adjust pricing tiers, early bird deadlines, or offer discounts during registration.

  • Edit overall pricing; use this when you need to update pricing across multiple divisions at once. Click Edit Pricing, update or create pricing options, then assign them to the correct divisions

  • Edit a pricing option; use this to adjust a specific price like base price or early bird timing. Click into a pricing option, update the base price, early bird price, or end date, then save changes.

  • Create a last minute deal; use this to boost registrations close to your event date. Click Create Last Minute Deal, enter a deal price, select divisions, and apply it for the remaining registration window

  • Enable Buy Now, Pay Later; use this if you want to allow teams to register without immediate payment. Go to your event or payment settings and enable Pay Later for teams during registration

ℹ️ If teams are already registered, you can edit prices but cannot remove pricing options that are in use

Set or update team registration limits

Use this to control capacity based on courts or schedule.

  • Add max teams per division

  • Choose to waitlist teams or stop registrations when full

Update requirements

Use this if you need teams to submit more information.

  • Turn roster requirement on or off

  • Require a coach per participant

Add or manage teams

Use this when registering teams manually or fixing entries.

  • View teams by status; use this to track who is registered, waitlisted, or no longer participating. Go to Participants and switch between Registered, Waitlist, and Dropped tabs to view and manage teams in each group.

  • Add a new team; use this when registering teams on behalf of a customer or handling offline signupsClick Register New Team, search for a customer, add or . create a team, and apply discounts or payment options during registration.

  • Update team status or transfer registration; use this to move teams between divisions or update their registration status. Click the ••• actions menu next to a team, then select Update Status or Transfer Registration to make changes.
