Setting up mobile access codes for staff

Give staff the code to connect and start scanning.

Every event has a unique access code that lets your staff connect to it in the Snap Entry app.

How to find your event code:

  1. Head to an Event.

  2. Go to the Snap Entry tab in your event.

  3. Share the Access Code with your gate staff.

  4. After they download Snap Entry, they’ll enter this code to get access to scanning for your event.

How staff use it:

  1. Staff download and open the Snap Entry app.

  2. Enter the event code and enabled location services.

  3. They’re now connected and ready to scan or sell tickets.
