Allocation by Date lets you control which days divisions or rounds will play during a multi-day event. This is useful when you need certain teams to play only on specific days or when spreading games across multiple dates.
ℹ️ The Allocation by Date page only appears for multi-day events. It is commonly used for weekend tournaments, leagues, or anytime teams are playing across several days.
Go to Scheduling and open your event.
Click Allocation by Date in the left sidebar. (If you don’t see it, your event only has one day.)
Choose the date you want to work on. (Each date shows which divisions are already assigned.)
(Optional) Set the maximum number of games that division can play on that date and game time. Useful if a division only plays once per day or a date should special limitations on game time.
Click Specific Division to assign divisions to that date.
Select one or more divisions that should be allowed to play on that date.
Click Add to confirm.
Repeat this process for every date in your event as needed.
When you finish allocating dates, click Games Allocation and then tap Allocate
Drag and drop games between dates to adjust how they are distributed.
This ensures each division’s required games fit into the days they are allowed to play.
Dragging allows you to balance busy days, fix overloaded dates, or ensure divisions stay on preferred days.
Once your games are distributed the way you want, move on to scheduling .
Once set, auto-scheduling will only place games on the dates you allocated, preventing scheduling errors and keeping multi-day events organized.
