Stripe moves your ticket revenue from your Stripe balance into your bank account. These transfers are called payouts.
⏱️ Payout schedule
First payout – May take 5–7 days while Stripe verifies your account.
After that – Payouts follow the schedule you choose in Stripe:
Daily – Funds sent every day.
Weekly – Funds sent once a week on the day you pick.
Monthly – Funds sent once a month on the date you pick.
💡 You can view or update your payout schedule in your Stripe Dashboard.
🏦 Payout timing
Most payouts arrive 2 business days after Stripe sends them.
Banks don’t process payouts on weekends or federal bank holidays.
If a payout is scheduled on a holiday, it will arrive the next business day.
⚠️ If a payout fails
The money goes back to your Stripe balance.
Check and fix your bank account details in Stripe before retrying.
